These Terms and Conditions are in place for the safety and wellbeing of both you and your dog. I reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will come into effect immediately once published.

Please make sure you’ve read and understood these Terms and Conditions before making a booking. By booking a place on my programme, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Programme Commitment

​

My training programme requires a minimum commitment of 4 months. This gives us the time and consistency needed to make real progress and lasting changes for both you and your dog.

Payment Terms

​

Payment is due in advance of your programme start date.

 

You may cancel your programme within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund.

 

If you are having difficulty making a payment, please contact me before your payment date and I will do my best to help.

Session Rescheduling

​

Life happens and I will always do my best to accommodate rescheduling. All I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible so I can offer your slot to someone else and find a new time that works for you.

​

If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, I will still try my best to find an alternative time, though this may not always be possible.

​

If I ever need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or adverse weather, I will always rearrange at a time that suits you both.

​

Safety and Responsibility

​

All safety protocols must be followed during training. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the session.

​

You must tell me if your dog has a bite history or poses any risk of aggression. There’s no judgment - this is purely about safety.

​

Dogs must remain under your control at all times. You are responsible for your dog’s actions and any consequences.

​

I am not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to people, dogs, or property that occurs during or as a result of training.

​

It’s your responsibility to ensure your dog is appropriately protected against the risk of disease. While I take precautions, I cannot guarantee there is no risk of disease at venues or from equipment such as toys that may have come into contact with other dogs.

I do not guarantee specific results. Your dog’s progress will depend on a variety of factors including their temperament and your consistency between sessions.

 

Use of Training Materials

Any training materials I provide are for your personal use only. They must not be shared, copied, or distributed without my written permission. If you’d like to share something with a family member or friend, just ask me first.

​

Marketing and Privacy

​

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you give Rewarding Choice Puppy Training permission to photograph or film you and your dog during training sessions. These images may be used on social media, my website, and in printed marketing materials.

I will never use photos or videos of children without explicit, written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

​
